Shipping Rates

All orders under $20.00 ship for a flat rate of $4.00. Orders between $21.00 and $74.00 ship for $6.00. Orders $75.00 or more ship free.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase. If you cannot find it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can also find it by logging into your account. If a package is delayed or stuck in transit, we recommend checking with your local post office before contacting us.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

All shipments include tracking. If an order is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, this tracking serves as proof of delivery on our end.

If you believe your order was not received, please contact us here so we can review the delivery and take appropriate next steps.

Refunds or replacements for lost packages will be determined based on the carrier's tracking information and any supporting evidence.

We encourage customers to ensure they have a secure delivery location. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after the delivery is confirmed.
